Roasting with the use of continuous technology

By applying the continuous roasting process, it is possible to obtain a product with a uniform degree of roasting. Once roasting is complete, the product is chilled to ambient temperature and placed in packaging, which makes it possible to maintain the highest quality. At the Customer’s request, salt may be added to the roasted product.
By defining the parameters of the process, it is possible to roast such types of products as:
Sunflower seed in shell
Pumpkin seeds
Walnuts
Almonds
Pistachios
Cashew nuts
