Laser optical sorting
The process of laser optical sorting involves dividing products into fractions with the use of photodetectors (light sensors) and cameras. At ROS-SWEET Sp. z o.o. we provide optical sorting services carried out on a sorting machine. We sort all types of nuts – pistachios, almonds, cashews, walnuts, as well as pumpkin seeds, linseed, raisins, peas, soya beans and other products of similar size. At the final stage, we apply the X-RAY detection process, which ensures food safety by removing contaminants such as stones or glass.
