Implementation of an innovative production technology for chocolate-coated dried fruit cubes.

The project aims to implement a globally innovative technology for the production of SweetCube® chocolate-coated dry fruit cubes, intended to eliminate harmful substances such as sugar and chemical chocolate glossing agents, while retaining the healthy properties of dry fruit. The anticipated effects include diversification of the company’s business and expanding the product range with a new item, i.e. SweetCube fruit cubes, which ultimately will lead to an increase in the company’s revenue.
