Optical-laser sorting

ROS-SWEET Sp. z o. o. offers optical-laser sorting services. The sorting process involves products’ separation by size, shape, color or type of structure. During optical-laser sorting various kinds of hard contaminations are eliminated.

In ROS-SWEET Sp. z o. o. we sort all kinds of nuts, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, raisins, peas, soybeans and any other products of similar calibration. Final product's purity is at least 99.97%.

Thermal sterilization

ROS-SWEET Sp. z o. o. provides thermal sterilization service of selected products.

Sterilization is a term referring to a process that eliminates all forms of microorganisms, whilst maintaining the original flavour of the product. Thermal sterilization process requires air heating of 160-180° C which allows to eliminate all biological pathogens, such as Salmonella, E. coli, mold, yeast, etc.

After sterilization process product can be packed in a new packaging

Thermal stabilization

Thermal stabilization is an innovative process developed and implemented by ROS-SWEET Sp. z o. o.

This technology minimizes the risk of microbiological contamination in the product. Once the process is completed, the products are packed in high-quality packaging, according to customer requirements.

 

The process of thermal stabilization ensures:

  • The low level of microbiological contamination (reduction of microbial flora in food)

The roasting process in fluid technology

ROS-SWEET Sp. z o. o. offers its customers a service of roasting products in fluid technology. It guarantees to obtain a homogenous quality of the product in terms of the level of roasting. Fluid technology allows to roast different kinds of products: almonds, cashews, pistachios, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed kernels, sesame seeds, wheat, barley, tea, spices, coffee, cocoa and other products.

 

The roasting process which applies fluid technology provides customers with:
